These terms cover use of the Shippingo platform by merchants, drivers and other business users in Egypt.
Accepting these terms
By creating a workspace or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
What the service does
Shippingo is an operations platform for last-mile delivery: creating waybills, routing shipments across our courier network, tracking parcels, and reconciling and paying out cash-on-delivery collections.
Accounts
You must give accurate business information when you open a workspace and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful shipments. Do not misrepresent parcel contents or COD amounts, and do not attempt to interfere with the platform's operation or other users' accounts.
Fees and settlement
Fees are charged per shipment as shown in your workspace at the time of booking. COD amounts collected on your behalf are settled to your account on the schedule shown in the platform, less applicable fees.
Liability
We coordinate a network of drivers and branches to move and deliver parcels, and we work to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and our liability for platform errors is limited as set out in your service agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close a workspace that violates these terms or applicable law. You may close your workspace at any time once outstanding settlements are resolved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
